A real estate veteran of over 30 years, Kevin’s roots in tenant advisory services run deep, having held senior level brokerage and management positions with Julien J Studley, Inc, The Staubach Company, and most recently CBRE.  Kevin’s tenant practice is local and national, with experience in virtually every major U.S. city representing many Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, AIG, Wells Fargo, and URS.

Kevin is a member of CoreNet Global, the world’s leading association for corporate real estate (CRE) and workplace professionals.

Mike is a 30-year industry veteran in the corporate real estate and facilities services industry and has held leadership positions in a number of prestigious organizations including Cushman & Wakefield, Hewlett Packard, and the Marriott Corporation. Mike was responsible for business development, client relationships and the management of account teams assigned to major clients such as General Electric, Prudential, Verizon, The US Postal Service and the Bank of America.

Mike is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute holding its CCIM designation, and speaks frequently at various industry and university programs.
