Expect more Service.
Expect more Attention.
Expect better Resources.
And along the way, Expect better Results.
The commercial real estate industry has changed, as has the role of service provider and advisor. Customer needs are more complex, transactions require more experience, and projects demand a deeper level of services and resources.
To keep pace, service providers have consolidated, expanded platforms beyond traditional brokerage and transaction management, added new locations domestically and across the globe, and have pursued the “bigger is better” model.
In many cases, bigger is better.
But not always.
We believe there still is a place for the boutique real estate advisory firm, one founded on the principles of integrity and the highest ethical standards.
Selkirk is that firm — committed and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience, while providing a service platform that caters to the exact needs of a particular client, not the entire universe of clients.
